  Function            putstr - put string with attribute on the screen

  Syntax              void putstr(byte *c);

  Prototype in        video.h

  Remarks             putstr puts string c on the screen at the cursor
                      via INTerrupts. When finished the cursor will be 1
                      spot after the string. The attribute is set with
                      the global variable char_attribute.

  Return value        nothing.
